3 year plan
I made made a comment to my Yoga instructor a few weeks ago that by the time I turn 50, I want to have reinvented myself. I wanted to be in better health and in better physical shape. I am on my way. So far, I have taken 14 weeks of Yoga. I have increased my flexability, and core strength. I still have loads of room to improve, but I am on my way.
This week, I have started hitting the gym. This being only my second time, but I have increased the time and difficulty on the treadmill. I walked two "laps" at 2.5 mph and at a 2 incline. I tackled the Elypical machine today. I have really weak thighs and knees, so I was dying while doing that! I kept having to stop and start again after my legs would quit quivering. I also worked with some free weights.
I have a feeling I will be really sore tomorrow morning. Yoga will feel really good after today! Some good yummy stretching...
